How does it work?
To sign up for a group Italian course, visit our Group Course page, choose one of the next starting groups and fill the form to be recontacted within one business day.

Once you confirm your participation, we will organize a quick virtual meeting with a teacher to determine your level of Italian and choose the right group for you. If we have an ongoing group of your level, we will inform you and give you the opportunity to join it without waiting for the next group to start
You will be able to see the group you’ve been assigned to on the “My Groups” section of the "Learn" menu (if you are on mobile, the Learn menu is substituted by the book icon). On that page you will also see the schedule, the link to access the classes, the teacher’s name and the materials and messages uploaded by the teacher. You can just click on the link you’ll see on that page to access your lessons.
Unless agreed otherwise, the group Italian lesson will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 8pm CET (Italian time). Each Italian course lasts 2 months (8 weeks) and covers half of the syllabus of the chosen level of the Common European Framework of Reference.

Each students receive a free copy of the electronic textbook.

You can start your Individual journey with Italmente by booking a free trial lesson on the Individual Lessons page. We will soon get in touch with you to organize it, and if you choose to continue studying we will give you all the details to proceed with the payment and start scheduling your lessons.
Once the payment is completed, we will update your account and you'll be able to schedule your classes in the Calendar in the "Learn" menu, where you’ll see the available slots of your teacher.
You can choose the day and time you prefer and click on the “Book” button to book your lessons.
You will find the Zoom link to access your lessons in your calendar, by clicking on the day when the lesson has been scheduled. You will also receive an email with the link each time you schedule a lesson.
You can freely cancel a lesson no later than on the day before the beginning of the lesson (before 6pm CET).
You can purchase more lessons by using the "Add More Lessons" button in your calendar and choosing the number of lessons you’d like to buy. The new lessons will be automatically added to your count on your calendar.

Speaking Club
To join our Italian Speaking Club, visit the dedicated page and sign up with your credit card following the steps.
You will enjoy a 7-day free trial, after which you will be billed monthly. Should you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial, you will be not charged.
After signing up, you will be automatically added to the group you can find on our website following Learn in the upper menu and then My Groups (if you are on mobile, the Learn menu is substituted by the book icon).
In the group, you will find the schedule of our sessions (for levels A1 and A2+) and the respective Zoom links. We will expect you to join the session of the level you indicated when signing up. If you wish to try a different level, please let us know in advance, as sessions are canceled in case we don't expect any participants.
Your subscription can be canceled at any moment. When a student cancels their subscription, they will be removed from the group at the end of the paid month.
Online Italian quizzes
You will get access to our exclusive collection of online Italian quizzes after booking one of our online Italian courses. Your access will last for the duration of your course, and will be extended in case you extend your course.
You will find the quizzes by clicking on Learn in the upper menu and then on Quizzes.
The quizzes are divided by level and by type (Communication or Grammar). Communication quizzes focus on pragmatic and vocabulary exercises, whereas Grammar quizzes focus purely on language structures.
Please note that in order to open our quizzes you need to allow third-party cookies on your browser. Some browsers allow them by default, but sometimes you'll need to set this manually, usually in the browser preferences section. Click here to read our guide on how to allow third-party cookies.
